We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You may be charged a re stocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase we sent you with your item.

To start a return, you can contact us at lamuerteleather@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, you will need to ship the item back to us, an email will be sent with instructions on where to send it back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or returned. 

Any item that has customization or initials on it does not qualify for a return. Depending on the severity of the case an exception may be made but not without a stocking fee that will have to be paid for by the buyer.

Please remember that Sale / ready-to-ship items do not qualify for refunds and returns or exchanges unless specified on the listing. Thank you for understanding.

*Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

*Please note that most leather items we sell may have marks or scarring as we cannot control these issues due to the life of the animal prior to the tanning process of making the hide and thus we do not consider these as damage or defects.m and thus those items will not be considered for returns or refunds. 

Cancellations

You may cancel your order only before 24 hours of placing your order, after that we can no longer cancel your order. You may still return your item within 14 days of receipt.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, and any personalized items containing initials can not be returned.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or ready-to-ship items unless specified on this product listing. This does not include purchases made with a coupon code but pertains to sale items posted on our store.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
