Warranty
We have a Lifetime Warranty for all our wallets, we use full grain leather (usually in 3-4oz thickness) on all our wallets and saddle stitch them by hand with Maine waxed polyester thread in 1.0mm thickness.
These wallets can take abuse and should they fail from everyday use**, get in contact with us and send it back. We will gladly take a look at you inquiry and if need be, re-stitch the item or replace it all if necessary. All you will need to provide is some basic information like your name and order number with several photos of the wallet in question, a front photo and back photo as well as any close up shots of the issue in question.
Our *Belt warranty has a 10 year warranty. If our belt didn't hold up to your standard of everyday use** email us with your order info and we can get you taken care of.
What isn't included in our belt's Lifetime Warranty is misuse of any of our belts or items which can be deliberate destruction of our items. Bite marks of any kind (this includes animal bites or any human bites), intentional cutting or burning are not covered in our warranty as well as excessive and prolong exposure to water or any liquids or even the Sun. By prolong exposure to liquids we mean our products being submerged into the water for a prolonged period of time which includes but is not limited to swimming, diving or prolonged exposure to rain*
*If your item has been exposed to rain or water for a prolonged time please let air dry and moisturize with Smith's leather balm or your favorite leather balm or cream to restore the leather's natural oils.
(Please note some balms or creams may naturally darken your leather.)
Additionally belt hardware is not included in this warranty due to prolong use of belt buckles and screws naturally breaking in and giving out natural wear and tear is not considered defects (scratches or scraps, fading to finish).
What is included in this warranty is failure of the actual leather piece in your item. If you would like to make an inquiry regarding your leather item please send us a email.
We may also be able to send you new hardware for a fee depending on inventory levels. Please remember we also make our belts using screw posts otherwise known as Chicago screws so you're able to swap out your hardware at any time. All you will need is a flat head screw driver to take your belt apart.
Additionally Accessories have a 5 Year Warranty-
This covers thread, leather and hardware on our accessories. On our Wraith wallets please note that leather does indeed stretch over time and if the money clip feels loose but still functions that this does not fall into a warranty claim, a simple fix of applying a piece of double sided tape does the trick to prevent you from losing your money clip. :)

*What doesn't fall into this lifetime warranty or any other warranty is, if we believe the item was destroyed intentionally this can be the item as a whole or the thread/leather being purposely cut, anything that may look or seem like the wallet/belt was destroyed intentionally. Also please understand this is a real leather item, leather stretches so please be mindful when packing in your cards as leather DOES NOT naturally tighten back into shape.
We review all claims on a case to case basis.
We reserve the right to refuse a warranty claim if anything falls into these categories or if we feel something may fall into what's stated above. Please reach out with any questions or concerns.
Lifetime Warranty is roughly estimated to 75-100 years of daily use for our wallets. Whoa, that's a long time ;)
**Everyday use is considered standard putting the belt on and off normally, not to be used as any other device other than your standard apparel item to complete your outfit. ;)
